Janet, Co-owner of VLTM, brings 37 years of Nursing experience to Vital Living. She’s spent the past 21 years as a Nurse Massage Therapist which includes 18 years as the Education Director of Center for Vital Living School of Therapeutic Massage. Janet has a diverse background in therapeutic modalities but now specializes in Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy. f your pain hasn’t been relieved with traditional medical care or traditional massage therapy, Myofascial Release may be the answer for you. In addition, Myofascial Release can be transformational when used as an avenue for personal growth. I know it made such a profound impact on me that I left my traditional nursing career to pursue massage therapy. I’ve never looked back! The results speak for themselves.” |

Stacey, Co-owner of Vital Living, has been a Certified Massage Therapist since 1999 and a Registered Nurse since 1988. She began her passion for massage therapy and complementary healing after receiving regular massage and experiencing relief from frequent headaches. Stacey graduated from Healthy Lifestyle School of Massage in Muncie, Indiana and continued her training at Center for Vital Living School of Therapeutic Massage in Fort Wayne. She specializes in the areas of Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Raindrop Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage and Golfology. I really believe in the power of compassionate touch and due to the fast-paced technological age that we are in….it is needed more than ever! I enjoy treating each person as an individual and integrating massage modalities to help achieve pain and stress relief and relaxation for my clients.” |

Trained in many modalities, her specialties are Lymph Drainage Therapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, and Health Maintenance Massage. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). |

Shelly became a Certified Massage Therapist upon graduation from the Edmund-Morgan School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy in North Carolina in 2003. Having over a decade of esthetic experience, you can trust Shelly to give expert advice on the best products and care for your individual skin type and ethnic background. She has extensive knowledge in many different modalities, in both esthetics and massage, and prides herself in giving great service. Terry is one of Vital Living’s senior Massage Therapists and has been practicing massage for 18 years with 12 years at Vital Living. He is a graduate of The Wellness and Massage Training Institute (WMTI) now located in Westmont, Ill. He was one of the primary instructors at Center for Vital Living School of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and spent 2 years with a local medical office providing Pain Management Therapy. Terry is well known for his Deep Tissue Therapy and his knowledge of Kinesiology. He also enjoys Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy. “I believe massage therapy should be nurturing as well as therapeutic. Stress (physical, emotional, financial, environmental) causes so much change in all of our lives that it is hard for our body to keep up. I’m here to help facilitate your body’s healing process. Your body likes balance and a Health Maintenance Massage is a good way to help maintain that balance. We do all that we can to get you back as close to normal as possible.
